Big Red’s Maple syrup started when an engineer was left home alone for 2 weeks and figured out Amazon sells maple tree tapping kits. When Stacy got home she was thrilled to find all the trees in the yard with taps in them and an assortment of milk jugs, wine bottles, and 5 gallon buckets filling with sap! Ever since then we have been addicted to harvesting and processing maple, walnut, and any tree syrup!
